I didn’t know there was a program but I live in a RV resort/HOA for permanent tiny home residents and there’s several cheap RVs with a deeded lot for sale. Granted Cleveland GA is isn’t very diverse but we do have a small community of Amish (I see them shopping in Walmart and yes they own cars). We have work (mostly fast food and grocery store) but Gainesville is just 35 minutes south. If you need more info on the area LMK. The RVs are actually listed in Facebook marketplace and some tiny homes on realtor.com. It’s really a lovely area and the full time residents are friendly and helpful, mostly seniors and some Florida expats. No public transport and a great vet for their pup.
Thank you for the clarification. I’m new to the area but lived in the Atlanta burbs for 20 years before my 14 year stint in Florida to care for my mom before she passed then I sorta got stuck there due to low wages. I took advantage of the real estate boom last year and sold my medium size house for a tiny home in my retirement paradise of the mountains and close enough to my friends of 20 years.
Thank you for doing this. Will chip in. We have agreed to sponsor a family under the Ukrainian United program. It’s something, amidst the madness.

If they look like Amish, but drive cars, they're probably Mennonite.

Happy to help- thank you for letting people know about this.
I sent my tithe to this cause.
