Day 9-10: The Day of the Tires
In which we pay mightily for our love of sloth and luxury
Yesterday started out amazing. We woke up in an incredible luxury lodge on the shores of Lake Elementeita, probably the nicest place I've ever stayed at in Kenya. We all loved it so much, Moses decided we could enjoy it all morning and leave after lunch instead of the after breakfast departure that is pro forma here.
So, that was a huge mistake. HUGE.
